Not to Transcend, But to Consecrate
🌊 Devotion to the rhythm of the storm: an invocation to awaken not above life, but within it 🌀
What if the whole point of awakening
isn’t to transcend the world,
But to consecrate it?
Because untangling ourselves
from what we label as “unspiritual” can appear aligned.
Turning away from the structures
that once trapped us feels like liberation.
Dismissing validation or approval from others,
while resting in the knowing that we are already whole, seems true.
Subtle judgment and self-imposed isolation
wrapped in the spiritual ego can be deceiving.
But herein lies deeper fear,
a deeper resistance sleeping within.
Let me ask you this:
What are you really afraid of?
Are you afraid of losing yourself in shadows again,
having tasted the truth of your bring?
Are you afraid of being trapped by the structures
that you fought so hard to escape?
Are you afraid of putting yourself out there,
unadorned and unrehearsed, so painfully yourself,
only to be rejected, to be misunderstood?
Because you see,
it was never about overcoming the world of form.
It was about remembering the movement behind form.
Intention.
It is precisely because you are aware
that the world needs your light.
It is precisely because you’ve danced within the depths of your soul
that the shore calls you home.
It is precisely because you know your worth
that there are countless others out there, waiting for your presence.
To help them remember, as well.
Will you heed the call?
Because the challenge is not in winning in the world,
or liberating yourself from it.
It’s in returning,
right here
again and again, from the lucidity of surrender.
Whatever form, however “spiritual” or “unspiritual” it seems.
Embracing, this moment,
From who you truly are.
It’s in the movement
between the form and the formless
that whispers:
Can you devote yourself fully, to this life,
To this rhythm,
Letting the waves crash through you—
The tears, the pain, the joys of
the full catastrophe of this cruel and beautiful journey—
While anchoring yourself in the knowing, you already are?
Build that app.
Write that book.
Start that billion dollar company.
Run through the storm, screaming at the top of your lungs.
Not from lack—
Not from needing to prove—
Because you know:
This, too, is part of the play.
